Food Diary terms
Updated: 18 October 2026
Food Diary is a free hobby service operated by Danis for invited users. Keep your invitation and passkeys private; the first person to redeem an invitation can enroll. A public directory card does not grant an account. Use the service only for your own diary and do not attempt to access someone else’s data or disrupt the service.
By creating an account or authorizing a connection, you ask Food to store and process the data you supply as described in the privacy policy. OAuth access covers reading, adding, editing and deleting meals, favorites, goals, body measurements and weight plans. Review ChatGPT’s proposed changes before approving them.
Food is a recordkeeping tool, not medical advice. Nutrition estimates and calculations can be incomplete or wrong; verify important values. Optional goals and weight plans are chosen by you.
Food charges no fee. ChatGPT’s account requirements and terms apply separately. Availability, directory approval and support for a particular plan or device are not guaranteed. The service uses free infrastructure and may reach quotas or be unavailable. Data may be lost, reset or removed when the service changes or ends. Keep your own copy of records you need; a complete export and account-wide erasure workflow are not currently available.
For connection, recovery or data questions, use Support. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
